Legacy Traditional School – Laveen Campus

Construction of a new 2.3-acre school campus with 39,000 SF of enclosed building space – the first of its kind in Laveen, AZ.

Campus facilities include office and administration areas, multi-purpose classrooms, technology labs, music and performance spaces, playground structures and free play areas, athletic fields, and facility parking. The main administration building is a multi-purpose facility housing a multi-functiongymnasium with bleacher seating, integrated food service and library areas as well as integrated stage and performance area with lighting and sound systems. The Oro Valley campus features a riparian wash which bisects the campus.

Vector Constructors was the Design-Assist Contractor for this project.

The Vector Team worked closely with project stakeholders and end-users in the pre-construction phase to address the unique needs of the natural riparian wash and water feature that bisects the campus. In our design assist role, our team provided GMP and cost estimating; constructability reviews; value engineering analysis (VE); pre-approved subcontractor cost evaluation and constructability review; safety and risk management review; scheduling and sequencing review; review and recommendation for construction systems; and quality control planning. During the pre-construction process, the Vector team worked closely with the civil engineering design team to ensure 404 protection for the natural wash and assisted in the design coordination required to incorporate this feature into the site work improvements.

Legacy Traditional School – Avondale Campus

Construction of a new 10-acre school campus with 47,000 SF of enclosed space with separated bus, parent drop off and service circulation paths.

The main administration building is a multi-purpose facility housing a muti-use gymnasium with bleacher seating, integrated food service and library areas as well as integrated stage and performance area with lighting and sound systems. Campus facilities include multi-purpose classrooms, flex office and administration areas, technology labs, student service areas and related facilities, playground structures, hardscape and softscape, athletic fields, courtyards and facility parking.

Vector Constructors was the Design-Assist Contractor for this new construction, multi-building, campus project.

In this role, our team provided GMP and cost estimating; constructability reviews; value engineering analysis (VE); pre-approved subcontractor cost evaluation and constructability review; safety and risk management review; scheduling and sequencing review; review and recommendation for construction systems; and quality control plannning. During the pre-construction process, the Vector team provided site analysis for the campus location and programming.

R + L Global Distribution Center and Fueling Facilities

This commercial facilities project has over 600,000 SF of space under roof providing key office, distribution, warehouse, storage and repair areas, as well as integrated off-site fueling facilities. Vector led scheduling and coordination for civil and vertical construction teams and worked closely with key specialty equipment vendors to integrate installation teams for early commissioning and closeout.

Vector Constructors was the Design-Assist Contractor for this project and partnered with the project architect to provide Value Engineering Analysis (VE) and constructability reviews for construction phasing, building systems and key equipment selection.

Ironwood Cancer and Research Center

New construction of a new 12,000 SF cancer center and Class A Medical Office and Treatment Facility.

This project was delivered complete with exam rooms, procedure facilities, radiology and medical oncology lab and treatment spaces, diagnostic and technology labs, lobby, reception area, staff lounge and administrative offices, as well as adjoining medical offices.  Vector’s scope included significant site development, utility, and demolition work, construction of new parking facilities, landscape and related hardscape. Vector Constructors was the Design assist Contractor for this project.

The Vector Team partnered with the project architect to provide important Value Engineering Analysis (VE) and constructability reviews relative to the specific requirements for radiation and medical oncology treatment facilities.  Our team provided GMP and cost estimating; constructability reviews; safety and risk management review; scheduling and sequencing review; review and recommendation for construction systems; and quality control planning.

Legacy Charter School at Cooley Station – Chandler, AZ

Vector led the construction 71,000 SF of enclosed building space within an 10-acre campus.

The main administration building is a multi-purpose facility housing a 8,800 SF gymnasium with bleacher seating, integrated food service and library areas as well as integrated stage and performance area with lighting and sound systems. Building facilities include Class A office and administration areas, multi-purpose classrooms, technology labs, music and performance spaces, playground structures and free play areas, athletic fields, and facility parking.

This project was delivered under the ADPM / Design Assist Delivery Method and was fast tracked to meet fall completion dates.
