Structured Collaborative Partnering (SCP) is the mechanism for fostering cooperation among all project participants.  Our SCP approach integrates the project Client, Design, and Facilities participants into a collaborative unit, which includes stakeholders as an integral part of the project team.

To ensure this SCP outcome is achieved we work with the project team to identify stakeholder group participants, actively managing and maintaining the SCP by facilitating communication and documentation, tracking decisions and developing and resolving action items. We ensure Stakeholder concerns and viewpoints are identified, documented and communicated.
